TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Promotion is open to those over the age of 18. 2. One entry per person. 3. Competition commences October 21, 2005 and closes 6pm April 20, 2006. 4. Entries for the prize draw must be received by placing into one of the Champion Dragway competition boxes at the track or by mailing to PO Box 552 Pukekohe before the end of trading the last day of the competition. 5. Prize winner will be chosen by random draw from correct entries received. 6. The draw will take place on April 30, 2006 under Police supervision. 7. Champion Dragway accepts no liability for lost, stolen or misdirected entries. 8. All details and instructions form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. 9. Submission of an entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 10. All valid entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win a trip to the Australian Drag Racing Winternationals or Fast Fours Jamboree, 2006. Prize includes: 2 return economy airfares to Brisbane from Auckland, 4 nights accommodation, event entry, 2 reserved seats and public parking for the duration of either event. 11. Tax insurance levies and government levies are payable by prize winner, insurance and costs relating to domestic transport, meals, beverages and any other additional costs that are not expressly stated to be part of the major prize package shall be the responsibility of the prize winner. 12. Prize winner must provide a mobile phone number or email address for notification of win. 13. Winner will be notified by phone and email. 14. The personal information requested must be provided for a valid entry. The information will be used for the purpose of contacting the winner. Entrants consent unless they tick the "DON'T" box on this entry form to the personal information being retained and used by Champion Dragway in connection with future promotions. Entrants may request access to and correction of any personal information held about them by Champion Dragway.15. To the extent permitted by law, Champion Dragway is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including personal injury suffered as a result or arising from any person or persons utilising one of the prizes. Acceptance of any prize is consent for Champion Dragway to use the winner's details for promotional and media publicity purposes without compensation and copyright will vest in promoter. Entries that are illegible, damaged, mutilated, forged or considered tampered with in any way by the promoter will be ineligible for the prize draw. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. No responsibility will be taken by Champion Dragway for damaged or unreadable competition forms. 16. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 18.
